Hope Mill

Development Summary

The Hope Mill Redevelopment Project is a three phase multifamily housing adaptive reuse project located in the Hope Village Historic District of Scituate, RI that will feature affordable units. The project is an adaptive reuse of a historic mill which will be renovated and transformed into affordable multifamily housing as well as market rate housing. This development will preserve and revitalize the historic Hope Mill site, the largest and most significant industrial mill site in the area.
